Enquiries, Bookings & Payment

How do I do this?


Step 1:
Please contact us by phone 1300 658 398  or email This e-mail address is being protected from spambots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it or on-line enquiry form to discuss your enquiry so that we have all your requirements correct.
Step 2:
We will provide you with a quote by email/post and if you decide to proceed with your booking we will send further details and information on how to pay your deposit or some flights require same day payment.
Step 3:
We will send you an invoice for the balance of the arrangements once it has been booked & confirmed. Final payment for flights can vary but most tours it will be due at least 60-45 days prior to the commencement of the tour. Tour bookings made within 45 days prior to departure will be required to be paid in full.


Accepted payments methods are:

  1. Credit card (credit card fee applies)
  2. BPAY
  3. Direct Deposit (EFT)
  4. Money Order
  5. Bank Cheque
  6. Personal Cheque
  7. No booking will be confirmed until funds have been cleared. Full payment details will be outlined on your invoice.
Notes:
  1. MyExpoTravel is a trading name of TravelManagers Australia Pty Ltd. All invoices will be issued by TravelManagers Australia Pty Ltd
  2. For bank cheques, money orders & personal cheques you must send at least 7 days prior to when your full payment is due. This allows for bank processing times and timely payment to the supplier as we have to co-operate with their payment deadlines or they will auto-cancel without notice which is beyond our control.
  3. Bank cheques, money orders & personal cheques must be addressed to TravelManagers Australia Pty Ltd
  4. All currency conversions (if applicable) are carried out automatically by your credit card company or bank and not by us or TravelManagers
  5. Your tour documents, tour vouchers, travel bag and/or travel wallet will be either posted or emailed to you.
  6. Credit Card Fees:
    • Visa 2%
    • Mastercard 2%
    • American Express 3%
    • Diners Club not accepted
